Sugar Merge Up™

Sugar Merge Up™ takes player-favorite Merge Up™ 2 and makes it even sweeter, with new Booster modes that can fill the grid with Cell Multipliers up to ×128 from the very first spin. Combined with cheerful candy-colored visuals and relaxing pop-style ASMR sounds, it’s a slot that’s easy to enjoy, fun to watch, and full of surprising combo potential.

BGaming’s iconic Merge Up™ mechanics return with the Merge Up™ 2 upgrade, but this time, the grid is alive with candy mischief and new features. Jelly bears peek from behind stacks of bubblegum, candy symbols smash together in satisfying bursts, and every pop feels like a tiny celebration. Multipliers creep higher, surprises appear around every corner, and the rhythmic ASMR pops make the whole grid feel like a candy-coated playground.

All this sweetness is matched by clever gameplay. Bubblegum sequences clear eight nearby symbols and boost their multipliers before turning into Scatters, while two Booster modes shake up the grid: Random Booster sprinkles multipliers up to ×128, and Booster ×16 blankets the grid with ×16 multipliers from the first spin. Combined with Chance ×2 to trigger Free Spins faster, the game rewards smart moves and bold plays. Dare you see what tricks the jelly bears have up their sleeves?

The feature slightly raises the bet and increases your chances of hitting the Bonus game. It is disabled if the Buy Bonus or Booster mode is active.

You can purchase a standard round of Free Spins, Free Spins with a starting x2 multiplier in each cell, and Free Spins with 3 to 9 starting bombs on the reels that generate multipliers which will transfer to the Bonus round.

There are two Booster options available: Random Booster adds multipliers up to ×128 each spin Booster ×16 fills the grid with ×16 multipliers from the start.

During the Free Spins round, the cells, where the winning cluster was formed, remain marked till the end of the round, and the progress of the multipliers continues until free spins run out. If 3+ Scatters appear on the reels in one spin, 5 additional free spins are awarded.

Can appear on the reels or be formed when a Bubblegum explodes. 3, 4, 5, and 6+ Scatters trigger 12, 15, 20, and 30 Free Spins respectively.

When a winning cluster is formed from the symbols of the 8th level, 1 Bubblegum symbol is created. Then, an explosion happens, 8 symbols around the Bubblegum disappear, the empty spaces are filled with new symbols, and the Bubblegum turns into a Scatter. After the explosion, the multipliers of cells whose symbols were destroyed increase by 1 stage (for example, if there were a ×2 multiplier, it would become a ×4 multiplier).

The cells where a winning cluster was formed are marked. If a winning combination occurs in a marked cell, it receives a ×2 multiplier. The multiplier of a marked cell increases by ×2 with every new win. Several multipliers in one cluster add up. The maximum multiplier in one cell is ×128. The cells remain marked till the end of the spin.

4+ of the same adjacent symbols form a cluster (a winning combination). After the win is paid out, some of the symbols of the cluster disappear, and others become symbols of the next level. There are 9 main symbol levels in the game (plus Scatter as level 10). The win amount depends on the level of merging symbols and their number.
